Pricing FAQ

What does early access cost?
Nothing. Every organisation gets the full product — AI Assist included — free, while InFieldX is in early access. There is no card to enter and no billing in the product at all.
Why two plans if both are free?
So there are no surprises later. Essentials is the whole job-to-invoice product; AI Assist adds the assistant on top, and running AI has a real cost per use. When pricing is introduced, that is the line it will follow — try AI Assist now, free, and see whether it earns its keep.
What happens when pricing is introduced?
Straightforward per-seat pricing in Rand. Early-access organisations get clear notice before anything changes — you will never be billed silently, because there is nothing to bill you with today.
Is there a limit on team size or documents?
No. Invite your whole crew — everyone joins with a role, so rates and invoices stay with the people who should see them — and send as many quotes and invoices as the work demands.
What happens to my data if I stop using InFieldX?
It stays yours. Ask us at hello@infieldx.co and we will export or permanently delete your organisation's data.
